Revolutionizing Perinatal Wellness

When parents are seen, supported, and held, generations thrive.

Happy Nest Collaborative is building a movement that brings perinatal mental health, birth justice, and holistic care together to create generational wellness.

Bringing Community back to Parenthood.

Why We Exist?

Many of us enter parenthood feeling overwhelmed and deeply unprepared for how much life changes after we grow our family. Often, we mistake these feelings of unease for a sign that we aren’t ready —or worse, that we aren't a “good” parent.

In a 2024 survey, 66% of parents shared feelings of isolation and loneliness as a core, consistent part of their experience of parenthood.

Happy Nest Collaborative is a soft landing place to connect and build community with others on their parenting journey.

Our Origin

This began with a personal journey.

It was October 2021. My son was almost one month old, and his father and I were shells of ourselves. We thought we didn't need help. There were two of us and one baby; we had it covered.

We did not.

A month later, when I returned to work as a therapist, I saw my experience reflected in many clients I sat with. Parents who clearly needed support but couldn't identify what it should look like, couldn't bring themselves to ask for it, and couldn't receive it when it arrived.

"It is not a personal failing. It is what happens when a society sends people into one of the most significant transitions of their lives without a map."

Happy Nest Collaborative is the map.

Built from lived experience, grounded in clinical expertise, and designed for the lifelong journey of parenthood. Beyond just the first year.
